Job Requirements
- Active Indiana NP license (unrestricted) – Required
- Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ortho Surgery, or General Medicine
- Comfortable with METs testing & basic cardiovascular / respiratory assessments
- Must have a Windows laptop (No Mac / Apple)
- Willing to complete DMA training & obtain certification
