About the team : Seller growth team orchestrates complex, multi-track initiatives that span business units and functions to drive marketplace seller growth. We focus on delivering operational excellence, aligning technology with business strategy, and fostering collaborative partnerships across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in translating strategic goals into actionable programs that drive long-term value.

What you'll do...

• Define and manage integrated program plans across 3 vertical tracks : Competitive pricing, Price anomaly, prices match.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and resource allocation using advanced tools.
• Influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Translate business needs into technology strategies and execution plans.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sams Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelors degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2 : 8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
