Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join a Long Term Care Pharmacy team. This role focuses on data review and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in pharmacy practice and a passion for delivering high-quality care to long-term care patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical data review to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Active Minnesota Pharmacist License in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently on 2nd shift at times.
  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $65.00 / hr.
