What Youll Do

• Assist in the renovation of apartment units and townhomes.
• Learn and support a variety of trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing, and more .
• Help prep units for remodels : demo work, cleaning, hauling materials, and organizing job sites.
• Work closely with experienced renovation techs and project leads.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are in place and job sites are clean and safe.
• Take pride in turning older units into beautiful, modern homes.

Who You Are

• Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Physically able to lift 40+ lbs., climb ladders, and move materials around job sites.
• A team player who listens, takes direction well, and shows up ready to work.
• Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in construction or renovation is a plus but not required .

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• MondayFriday
• Occasional weekend or overtime work based on project timelines
