Patient Access Manager

The Patient Access Manager is responsible for assisting the Director in daily operations of all Patient Access functions and overseeing daily operations for Women's & Children's Hospital, Heart Hospital, and Centralized Scheduling. This role leads a multidisciplinary team that includes main admissions and emergency room registrars, financial counseling, communications, and schedulers supporting ancillary services. The Patient Access Manager ensures efficient workflows, excellent patient experiences, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to support both staff and patients across multiple campuses.
