About Alpha

At Alpha, we are not just another private school—we're the educational revolution where gifted students complete high school academics by 8th grade. We need an exceptional IT Coordinator who ensures our campus runs with military precision while our students accelerate at 2x the traditional pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate daily campus operations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide frontline technology support and device troubleshooting while managing IT vendor relationships.
  • Build and maintain community through strategic communication with students, parents, and staff.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous campus safety protocols that protect our exceptional learning environment.
  • Drive successful campus initiatives including events, staff onboarding, and facility optimization.

What You Won't Be Doing

  • Developing curriculum or providing academic instruction—our specialized guides handle the educational journey.
  • Performing isolated administrative work with no visible impact on our mission.
  • Managing routine paperwork that doesn't directly enhance our accelerated learning environment.
  • Working within the constraints of traditional educational bureaucracy.

    • Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or similar high-touch environments.
  • Demonstrated excellence in crisis management, initiative-taking, and independent prioritization.
  • Proficiency with IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
  • Exceptional communication skills that build and strengthen community relationships.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and commitment to on-site work in NYC.

    Working With Us

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $37 USD / hour, which equates to $75,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per week. Payment is weekly. View agreement details.
