New Jersey Licensed Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Tax.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the consolidated global tax provision and annual / quarterly income tax provisions

Manage tax accounting for international subsidiaries and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP

Collaborate with various teams and assist with tax audits and planning projects

Required Qualifications

BA degree required; MBA, M.A. or MST preferred

5+ years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, large law firm, or corporate tax department

Strong understanding of U.S. federal income tax rules and U.S. GAAP Financial Reporting

Ability to write technical memos and prepare clear presentations for diverse audiences

Experience in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
