Caring Therapists, a reputable mental health private practice, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the owner. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in coordinating various projects, both short-term and long-term, by conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresFamiliarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plusCustomer service-oriented mindsetNote : Experience with DocuSign, Google Calendar Calendar, and other relevant software is highly desirable.

Pay : From $24 to $28 per hour
