Proposal & Content Strategist

A company is looking for a Proposal & Content Strategy Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to decision-makers

Lead end-to-end pursuit efforts from planning and stakeholder coordination to final deliverables

Collaborate with internal SMEs and leverage customer insights to create standout content

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years of experience in proposal writing or pursuit management

Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint preferred

Prior exposure to logistics, distribution, or transportation operations is highly valued
