A company is looking for a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer - Payments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, building, and maintenance of payment processing systems and features
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute complex projects
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster team growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional programming experience
Experience in payment processing engineering
Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and modern web stacks (e.g., Golang, Postgres, GraphQL)
1+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript)
