A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits to oversee employee benefit programs and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Oversee leave programs and provide training on benefits and compliance requirements
Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
7-10 years of related HR experience, with at least 5 years in benefits administration
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Experience in leading and implementing employee benefit programs
Preferred certifications include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
