A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to empower Sales and Customer Success teams through enablement programs and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize enablement programs for onboarding, training, and ongoing support for sales teams
Create and maintain enablement materials and lead training initiatives in collaboration with various teams
Define and track enablement KPIs and present findings to Sales and Executive Leadership
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement within a B2B SaaS company
Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, and / or Sandler
Documented success in building enablement programs that improve sales productivity
Strong history of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
