Summary We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing comprehensive care by assessing and managing patient health needs. Your expertise will help us continue to deliver quality healthcare that aligns with our values. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide primary and acute care services to patients of all ages. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care. Perform necessary procedures such as suturing and IV insertion as needed. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Utilize telehealth technologies to enhance patient access to care. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oklahoma. Strong clinical skills with experience in primary care settings. Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Epic or Cerner. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction. Experience with pediatric patients is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of telehealth practices is a plus.
