Descripción del trabajoGo door-to-door in assigned territories to engage with homeowners. Educate potential customers about the benefits of switching to solar energy. Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments for our solar specialists. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times. Work closely with team members and management to meet goals and hit sales targets. High School Diploma or GED (required). Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable talking to new people and knocking on doors. Willingness to learn and be coached. Reliable transportation to and from assigned neighborhoods. Training learn everything you need to know about solar and sales. Unlimited earning potential commissions and bonuses for top performers.
