What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and solutions.

Support policyholders with billing, coverage questions, and claims.

Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Participate in training and coaching to develop your skills and grow your career.

What Were Looking For:

Coachable and eager to learn no prior insurance experience required.

Driven to win, with a strong work ethic and customer-first approach.

Bilingual is a plus.

Holding a 440 or a 220 Insurance license is a plus but no prior insurance experience required.

Must be able to pass a background check.
