Description
JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, the Nursing Admissions Counselor coordinates the daily administrative operations for recruiting undergraduate, graduate and certificate nursing programs, student organizations, and special events. Serves as point-of-contact, within the College of Nursing Student Affairs, to assist potential applicants and customers within the University.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree . (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of related work experience in admissions and outreach activities. Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners and stakeholders, including high schools, community colleges, undergraduate institutions, influencers/advisors, and community-based groups; OR Master’s Degree and one (1) year related work experience in admissions and outreach activities. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
WORK SCHEDULE : This position may occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends. May require occasional overnight travel.
