Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise.

We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time or part-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun!

SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Immediate raise upon completion of RBT exam within 1 month of hire!

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Work In Center Monday - Friday 7 : 45am-4 : 15pm; 7 : 45am-12 : 00pm and / or Afternoon Shift 12 : 00pm-4 : 15pm
  • Work in the client’s home 03 : 00pm - 07 : 00pm
  • Client material creation and preparation
  • Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
  • Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts / Crafts / Activities / Games)
  • Record client data into Central Reach program
  • Convert appointments into billing
  • Write detailed SOAP notes
  • Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
  • Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
  • Cleaning duties

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active

  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
  • Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
  • Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
