Home Solutions Advisor Needed

AccuAir Heating & Cooling is locally-owned and operated heating and air conditioning company. We are seeking to add to our growing Retail Sales force. We are looking for a goal-minded individual to meet and present our products to our clients.

No HVAC experience required.

Must have a great "can do" attitude, willing to work nights and weekends when the appointments arise.

Pay Scale: Base + Commissions + Benefits + Bonus; $65k+ 1st Year Income Potential (experienced HVAC sales professionals may earn much more)

FLSA Status: Exempt Outside Sales

Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the salesperson may regulate their work hours accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
