• Regional Group Controller – Southeast region

Supports 3 Plant Controllers in the region

I am currently recruiting for a Group Controller role to be located in North Carolina to work remotely in support of 3 plant locations (Plant Controller at each site) supporting the Automation Process for manufacturing. The Regional controller will provide Accounting leadership and oversight supporting the plant controllers ensuring adherence to financial reporting requirements within the framework of GAAP. Regional travel (30%) required to support the plant locations.

The position supports and leads plant controllers for a manufacturer of building materials. Responsibilities include :

The hiring manager is looking for 8-15 years’ experience supporting standard cost manufacturing accounting with a minimum of 2 years in a plant controllership capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with extra credentialing such as a CPA, CMA or MBA valued. The qualified candidate will have good ERP system experience along with well-developed skills in Excel.

The salary range is $140,000-$145,000 plus 20% bonus (which has paid 100% for past 9 years).
