Stanford Medicine is the single brand for 3 different entities : Stanford School of Medicine, Stanford Health Care, and Stanford Children’s Health. We seek a Program Manager to collaboratively develop robust strategies for departments, centers, institutes, and other relevant entities to achieve Stanford Medicine’s mission. This position is on the Enterprise Strategy Team and reports to the Executive Director of Enterprise Strategy.

Duties include

• Assist in the development of key strategic initiatives, including development and maintenance of Stanford Medicine’s Integrated Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with team members, faculty leaders, and administrators to scope and implement special projects and strategic initiatives that support Stanford Medicine’s long-term strategic vision and short-term objectives.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings of national programs, trends, and best practices at academic medical centers and other institutions on a variety of issues to develop program recommendations and / or benchmarks.
• Draft presentations, white papers, and other meeting materials to support strategic planning efforts.
• Support efforts to obtain stakeholder perspectives, gather data, problem-solve, and draft recommendations.
• Other duties may also be assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED) :

Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

May work occasional extended hours or weekends.

WORK STANDARDS :

The expected pay range for this position is $102,038 to $153,486 per annum.
