ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details – Quincy, IL

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – Emergency Room (ER)

Location : Quincy, Illinois (IL 62301) – Illinois healthcare jobs

Facility : Level 2 Trauma & Stroke Center

Unit : Emergency Department (ED)

Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 1 / 2025 – End : 12 / 31 / 2025)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend (EOW)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990 - $2130

Charting System : Allscripts - Sunrise

Number of Positions : 2 ER RN travel jobs available

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Illinois or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department (ED) RN experience

Required certifications : AHA ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC or TNS, NIHSS

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a 30-bed ER (27 medical beds, 3 ED psych beds)

Efficiently manage patient flow with an average census of 120 patients per day

Collaborate with the healthcare team using a POD nursing model

Respond to trauma and stroke cases in a Level 2 accredited center

Provide compassionate care for sexual assault survivors in a full treatment center

Accurately document patient care using Allscripts - Sunrise EHR system
