Principal Engineer

A company is looking for an Engineer Principal to lead optimization of drug substance processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead optimization of drug substance processes and provide expertise for manufacturing technology transfer

Support technical troubleshooting in a GMP environment and manage investigations and deviation / CAPA strategy

Provide technical leadership for cross-functional project teams and maintain effective collaborations across networks

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in process monitoring tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire)

Experience in a GMP environment

Ability to travel periodically to manufacturing sites

Strong understanding of industrial, scientific, business, and regulatory trends

Experience with second shift process monitoring as needed
