A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist with internal systems operations and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day IT operations, including hardware setups and account troubleshooting
Assist internal users with errors via the Jira service management ticketing system
Own and improve the end-user onboarding and off-boarding process and experience
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT, including Mac hardware and software / SaaS applications
Experience with Apple device MDMs and SaaS application administration
Excellent judgment with an emphasis on security, privacy, and compliance
Experience in a HIPAA, SOC2, or ISO 27001 compliant environment is a plus
Experience working with remote teams preferred
