The Co-Pack Lead Coordinator is responsible for maintaining continuous co-pack production by ensuring co-packing projects are run efficiently. They will also collaborate with our production coordinator to oversee the scheduling of resources to keep work flowing. This role is the point of contact for anyone on shift for questions or directions. They will also work with the department Supervisor/Manager on issues, status updates, and ideas to improve efficiency.

The targeted compensation for this position is between $24 - $26/hour plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
