Buffkin / Baker has partnered with Adena Health (AH) on their search for a new System COO. AH is an independent, not-for-profit and locally governed health care organization delivering on its mission, “called to serve our communities,” for more than 125 years. A regional economic catalyst, Adena Health is composed of more than 4,200 employees – including more than 200 physicians and 150 advanced practice providers. The Chief Operating Officer at Adena Health System is a cornerstone of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This serves as an integral member of the executive leadership team, with a specific focus on acute care and ancillary / support functions . This executive is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that Adena’s acute care hospitals and ancillary / support services operate seamlessly, delivering exceptional, patient-centered care across the region.
