Sales Associate - Entry-Level

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be part of our mission to empower growth and drive success. This entry-level role is your gateway to one of the most dynamic industries, where you’ll meet with homeowners, introduce them to our solar programs, and guide them through the sales process.

No prior solar or sales experience? No worries. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. We believe in rewarding hard work with advancement opportunities, promoting based on performance and experience.

Compensation :

$800 - $1,000 per week

Responsibilities :

• Engage with homeowners in person , build rapport, and answer questions
• Present solar benefits, incentives, and program details
• Assist in qualifying homeowners for solar consultations
• Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth process
• Attend training sessions to learn sales techniques and solar program basics
