The student wellness clinic in Astoria, OR. Seeking a part-time locum contract physician to provide ongoing outpatient coverage for the students enrolled at the school based clinic. This is a 1099 contract with great compensation and Malpractice Insurance coverage.

Responsibilities :

Low acuity walk in care and physical exams for young men and women ages 16-24.

Qualifications :

• Must have license in Oregon
• Must be willing to work 12 hours per week
• Must have an active Federal DEA
• Must have CPR certification
• Must be willing to go through a background check
• Minimum of one year experience working with adolescents
