Senior Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sourcing to manage procurement processes for construction and facility-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

Source proposal needs, develop bid matrices, and lead supplier communications

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate vendor terms and pricing

Ensure compliance with policies and improve procurement processes while promoting ethical practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years of relevant experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations

Strong understanding of global supply chains, procurement best practices, and regulatory requirements

Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills

Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is preferred
