Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant

Location : Playa Vista, California (full time, on-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable / receivable processing, and assisting with monthly close activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, accuracy, and organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or startup environment).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated self-starter who works well collaboratively
