Missouri Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their clinical team in a remote telehealth role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Marketplace members

Perform comprehensive evaluations and refer members for case management as needed

Make follow-up recommendations to primary care physicians without altering treatment plans

Required Qualifications

2 years of hands-on experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri

Registered with Medicare and / or Medicaid

Certification as an APRN or Certified Nurse Practitioner

Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care
