Program Finance, Senior
The Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) Business Operations team drives breakthrough research and development across multiple engineering and scientific disciplines. As a senior finance partner, you'll empower ATL's innovators with the financial insight and operational support they need to turn next-generation concepts into reality.
What you'll be doing :
- Provide program finance support and guidance to ATL labs.
- Support general accounting processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Process work authorizations and procurement requests in collaboration with the program and supply-chain teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly internal and external financial reports and analyze results.
- Maintain and update financial systems as required.
- Support the CAMP+ process and capital-project tracking and reporting.
- Enter contract data into the Corporate Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) and flow down contract clauses to subcontractors.
- Assist with contract closeout activities.
- Provide backup coverage for team members and contribute to special projects as needed.
