Public Relations & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Public Relations and Communications Manager in managing and executing marketing and PR projects Integrate PR campaigns with customer sales promotions and in-store initiatives Coordinate field campaigns and ensure smooth operations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail personnel Support the creation and development of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising Track and report campaign performance, including attendance, traffic, and sales Identify new opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements Opportunity for advancement into senior campaign management roles based on performance Who We’re Looking For : Motivated, self-starters ready to launch a career in marketing, PR, or communications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Adaptable, dependable, and professional with a customer-focused attitude Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently Requirements : College degree preferred or in progress 0–2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or a related internship Basic understanding of PR, communications, and marketing concepts a plus No prior experience required— comprehensive training and development is provided Whether you are a recent graduate, intern, or career changer, this role offers a clear path for career advancement in a growing company.
