What You’ll Do

• Lead HVAC design for design-build and design-assist projects.
• Create system layouts, load calcs, sizing, and equipment selections.
• Partner directly with field and estimating teams to deliver efficient, cost-conscious solutions.
• Attend site visits to confirm design intent, troubleshoot issues, and support construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC design engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 5–10 years of design experience, a strong command of HVAC systems and related software (Revit experience is highly valued), and holds a PE license. Beyond technical expertise, this person is a clear communicator, a natural mentor, and someone who brings both accountability and creativity to their work.
