Location: Culver City, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM; Friday, 9 AM–3 PM + Overtime as needed
Compensation: $30–$33/hour + OT
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant to support the Co-CEOs of a dynamic non-profit organization. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role provides high-level administrative support and helps manage a fast-paced executive office environment. The position is based in our Culver City office, with occasional after hour or weekend support required for events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate complex calendars for the Co-CEOs in partnership with the Chief of Staff
Schedule meetings, book travel, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Review and process expenses, contracts, check requests, and approvals
Maintain systems to track priorities and key updates
Support with high-level events, meetings, and philanthropic distributions
Run errands as needed (including meal pickups)
Provide day-to-day support and assist on special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with high-profile individuals a plus
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with donors and board members
Team player with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to the organization’s mission
