Then join our Farmers Insurance team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and become a trusted advisor for policy, billing and coverage questions.
Responsibilities :
- Assess customers needs to provide efficient solutions and one-call service.
- Process policy and coverage changes ranging from simple to complex.
- Conduct Farmers Friendly Reviews (FFRs) with renewing policies.
- Identify open lines of business and make policy / coverage recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Assess customer requirements to recommend the best products and solutions.Review renewal policies and follow up on necessary updates or changes.Process simple and complex policy changes and issue certificates of insurance as needed.Block off schedule for cross-sell / up-sell products to existing customers.Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.Assist with annual reviews by preparing personalized coverage recommendations and coordinating with the Agent / Producer to schedule renewal reviews.Requirements
Must hold an active Arizona P&C or Personal Lines license, or be willing to pass state exam within 90 days (we will provide study materials). Base $21 w / o license and increases after licensing.Strong business results orientation able to meet established goals and metrics.Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.Solid understanding of products, billing, underwriting and processing guidelines.Team player and able to collaborate.
