Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to empower our field teams and spearhead the modeling and implementation of next-generation, industry-defining services for MSI. The Global Manager of Service and Lifecycle Consulting will play a pivotal role, working in close collaboration with local Motorola service and pre-sales teams to develop and execute customer-specific service support plans and strategies. This high-visibility role demands an in-depth understanding of ASTRO 25 and Dimetra product support and roadmaps, enabling strategic advisement to customers on service options and trade-offs. Experience with MSI's broader portfolio, including XaaS models, managed services, and subscription models, is highly preferred. As a key leader, the Consultant Manager will provide in-depth technical knowledge and strategic guidance to both internal and external customers, addressing all their services and support needs. You will be entrusted with the most challenging customer engagements, driving competitive bid service strategies, and will be instrumental in mentoring less senior field partners. Beyond the standard qualifications for a Lifecycle Consultant, this specific role offers a unique opportunity to expand into the business side of our services team. We are looking for a candidate who can perform complex financial analysis, build robust business cases, and possess a firm understanding of MSI's intricate business dynamics. This individual should also demonstrate a deep understanding of our customer base, their buying behaviors, and the consultant community they leverage for procurement.
