A company is looking for an Associate Partner, Academic Alignment, Strategic Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the problem-solving process and manage engagement teams, overseeing analysis and deliverables

Apply thought leadership to generate actionable strategic insights for clients

Build and maintain client relationships while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm initiatives

Qualifications and Desired Skills

Prior management consulting experience, particularly with academic medical center clients

At least 10 years of experience in strategic initiatives within healthcare providers

Minimum of 3 years managing teams in a consulting environment

Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)

Passion for improving healthcare delivery
