Axalta operates its business in two operating segments : Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions : North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

The Supply Chain Analyst and Project Lead provides and helps create analytics to support the supply chain team and maintains critical supply chain KPI's. In addition, this role supports the planning and execution of supply chain projects ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide analytics to support the supply chain team in an organized, efficient and timely manner :
• Inventory health
• OTIF (On Time / In Full)
• Demand metrics
• Raw Materials Planning
• Customer Complaint systems
• Master data inventory reporting to support templates / processes
• Develop and maintain inventory management controls
• Coordinate excess and slow-moving inventory discussions
• Assist in managing supply chain projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, planning, etc.)
• Support SAP ERP rollouts and other system implementations
• Analyze and improve supply chain processes for transparency, efficiency, and simplicity
• Support data collection and reporting for project performance
• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Help document project plans, meeting notes, and status updates
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Communicate project scope, timing, and priorities to stakeholders
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
