Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Lead and assist customer and sales operations pursuits and practice development initiatives. The team focuses on advising, implementing, and operating SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions with an innovative mindset which delivers tangible business outcomes for our clients. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders. We work with clients who want us to bring design thinking into the future of their technology enabled business processes to improve their ability to react on the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

Responsibilities include :

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for GTS projects.
• Lead and / or facilitate business process definition and modeling.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and configuration.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SAP GTS solutions.
• Guide a team to implement and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical / reporting needs.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams.
• Ensure that SAP GTS solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
