Multi-State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for an Adherence Support Specialist to provide comprehensive assistance in patient medication management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient panels and engage with patients to ensure medication access and adherence

Conduct outbound and inbound calls for follow-ups, medication reminders, and patient inquiries

Direct patients to appropriate care teams for copay assistance and maintain HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or G.E.D. required; higher education preferred

Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Board of Pharmacy in the relevant state

Must acquire and maintain licensure in multiple states as needed

Active National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT preferred

1+ years of direct pharmacy experience required
