About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience building modern web applications, ideally utilizing Laravel and a front-end framework such as Vue.js or React.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with a cross-functional product team to build secure, performant, and intuitive features across the Rimsys platform. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an outsized impact. You will :

• Build and scale features across our Laravel- and Vue-based platform, contributing to both the front-end and back-end
• Influence architecture and make high-leverage technical decisions that drive scalability and performance
• Contribute to platform evolution, including API-first development, multi-tenant infrastructure, and integrations with systems like PLM, ERP, and regulatory databases
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles
• Drive engineering excellence, applying best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Mentor junior engineers and help cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

The pay range for this role is :

130,000 - 160,000 USD per year(Remote)
