The Mission : Are you a recent grad or an AutoCAD whiz looking to jumpstart your career in residential architecture? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Production Drafter who is ready to learn the ropes of the homebuilding industry. You’ll work directly under our Design Manager, learning how to take master designs and turn them into real-world homes.

What You’ll Learn & Do :

• Drafting Foundations : Assist in preparing lot-specific construction sets and learning how to incorporate buyer options.
• Master the Library : Help maintain our master plan database while learning the "ins and outs" of residential code and construction standards.
• CAD Optimization : Sharpen your AutoCAD skills by working with professional-grade X-Refs, Dynamic Blocks, and Sheet Sets.

Field Knowledge : See your drawings come to life! You’ll learn how to spot potential issues before they ever hit the job site.
