Tuck-in Calls : Make visitor calls to hospice patients

Hello!

Elara Caring, one of the nation's leading providers in home-based hospice care, is looking for volunteers to complete tuck-in calls for our patients. These are friendly visitor calls that supplements the care that the patient is already receiving from clinical care. They are an excellent resource for the clinical team and a great help to the patient by :

• ensuring they are satisfied with the amount and quality of our communication
• ensuring the clinical team is available when needed and for as long as needed
• ensuring implementation of suggestions to improve care and support where needed

Shifts are open from 10am-6pm Tuesday and Wednesday at the Elara Caring office location or remotely. We only ask that you choose one day per week to complete the calls assigned to you.
