Temporary Clerical Support Coordinator

Opening : Work Shift : Number of hours and shift vary depending on assignment. Range : UR URG 105 H. Compensation Range : $19.96 - $27.94

Responsibilities : Provides temporary clerical support to University, Hospital, and Medical Center departments in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to : reception, IT, administrative, file management, customer service, and data entry.

Qualifications :

• Prefer prior experience working as a senior-level administrative coordinator
• Detail oriented
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel
• Type a minimum of 55 wpm
• Be flexible as to types of temporary assignments
• Two years of post-high school education or college graduate preferred
