Accounts Receivable Agent

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accounts receivable support to hotel properties

Contact customers regarding their open invoices and resolve billing disputes

Maintain high levels of customer service and respond promptly to inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or accounting experience

Experience in hospitality, accounting, or commercial oil & gas is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work remotely with adherence to IT requirements
