Sales Analyst

Are you energized by fast‑paced work, relationship building, and supporting a team that empowers retirement readiness for clients nationwide? Join us as a Sales Analyst and play a key role in coordinating proposal activity, strengthening internal and external partnerships, and driving effective sales and marketing efforts within our Retirement Plans organization.

What You’ll Do

Proposal Management

You’ll be at the heart of our proposal process—applying underwriting knowledge and sound business judgment to recommend plan designs, product options, and census requirements. Your work directly shapes the quality and competitiveness of new and in-force proposals.

Relationship Building

Work closely with producers, underwriters, sales representatives, and account managers. You’ll build strong, reliable relationships that help the sales process move smoothly and efficiently.

Workload Management

Handle a high-volume workload—approximately 100 proposals per month during peak periods—while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization.

Training & Development

Engage in role-specific training that strengthens your skills and supports your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposal responses, including pricing, proposal generation, fulfillment, and quality checks.
  • Support onboarding of new plans by completing and reviewing new business documentation for a seamless transition to the New Business team.
  • Collaborate on marketing and travel email campaigns with the communications team and retirement plan consultants to drive channel partner engagement.
  • Draft and refine RFP responses that clearly communicate our value and capabilities.
  • Maintain a CRM database of channel partners to support informed sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a database of competitor pricing and capabilities to strengthen market insights.

What You Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to build collaborative professional relationships.
  • Confident time-management and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic mentoring skills with an interest in helping others grow.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and tactics for promoting financial products or services.
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in financial services preferred—especially retirement plans, investment brokerage, or securities-related environments.
  • 0–2 years of experience; great fit for early-career professionals passionate about retirement solutions and sales support.
