Certification Details BLS Illinois RN License Job Details Member of interdisciplinary team providing and managing patient care using nursing process. Promotes evidence-based practice through nursing protocols and procedures. Assesses patient status via interview, observation, and physical assessment. Develops individualized care plans collaboratively with patient / family and healthcare team. Uses appropriate interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes. Evaluates and documents patient progress throughout shift. Modifies care plans based on patient condition changes. Completes required documentation including patient charts and event reports. Job Requirements Current Illinois RN licensure required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Schedule Information Contract length : 13 weeks. Unit Specific Information Specialty : Critical Care Medical ICU (CMH ICU 8P).
