ChiefMedical Officer to join So CalCommunity Health System, with 20 Clinics located throughout SouthernCalifornia. Candidates will provide oversight and medical expertise inimplementing the Medical Management Program. Promote the organizational goalsand objectives, assures that quality health care services are delivered. ClinicalCare 40% to 50% with 60% to 50% for administrative and supervision .

Must be experienced in implementing new clinicoperating processes and systems aimed at improving efficiency, knowledge of andexperience with EHR and / or a related automated systems is a plus, Duties.Responsibilities include Recruits, hires, trains, counsels, and evaluates bothtechnical and professional staff involved in the delivery of clinical serviceswho perform the Quality Management (QM) and Utilization. Minimum 3.5 years experience in a clinicaland leadership position in a community-based clinic environment with multiplesites. Must be BC / BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine orPediatrics
