Independent Insurance Agency in Orlando is seeking an experienced Agency Marketing Coordinator or Account Manager to join their team to be an Agency Commercial Marketer.  Needs to be a self-starter to market mid to larger accounts.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

• Send submissions out to carriers.
• Rate quotes online.
• Follow up with carriers.
• Negotiate terms / conditions / pricing with Underwriters.
• Meet with carriers / marketing reps in person or on Zoom / Teams calls with video.
• Work directly with producers on their renewals / new business accounts.
• 220 license preferred with 2-10+ years of demonstrated success in commercial lines insurance with a preference in marketing / placing business or Account Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Florida insurance marketplace, with an emphasis on mid to larger commercial risk.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with carriers, underwriters, and clients.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in insurance carrier platforms, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, stay organized and adapt in a high-volume environment.
