Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact
Engage proactively with customers to understand their goals and challenges, offering aligned solutions
Monitor customer health metrics and report on outcomes to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service roles
Experience in managing customer success programs and upselling strategies
Proven experience handling Level 1 and Level 2 support requests or similar technical troubleshooting
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms
